The idea was to create a tangible piece of guidance for participants of the D&AD Shift program, bringing together personal and professional advice from the people at GUT Design for those taking their first steps in the industry.

The project was developed from concept to execution, encompassing ideation, organization, and the creation of a tangible zine for D&AD Shift participants. A simple system was also created to allow each designer at GUT Design to contribute their own personal or professional advice, resulting in a collective publication designed to offer practical insights and inspiration throughout the program.
